Interview Sir is the creation of Mr. Kumar Rajul, an alumnus of IIM-A (MBA-1995). With 30 years of professional experience, he has worked with prominent companies such as Philips India, Sterling Cellular (Delhi cellular license), Reliance Telecom, KPMG Consulting, Samsung Group Company, and Ericsson.
For the past 15 years, he has led large teams of MBA graduates, CAs, and software developers, during which he has interviewed and hired numerous candidates.
Having interviewed over 500 individuals in the last 15 years, he recognized that many strong candidates excel in their fields but struggle in interviews due to a lack of essential qualities like confidence, body language, quick thinking, and communication skills.
To assist these individuals in achieving their potential, he launched this website to serve as a partner and guide for enhancing interview skills and securing the jobs they deserve.
